Since 2005, the Diamond Beautillion program has supported the growth and success of 115 young men, awarding over $250,000+ in post-secondary education scholarships to participants who demonstrate academic promise, strong leadership, and a commitment to community service.

This biennial, eight month leadership development program is a unique opportunity for high school juniors and seniors in the Atlanta metro area preparing for the transition to college and adulthood.

Program Goals:

  • Guide young men through the transition from boyhood to manhood.
  • Foster habits that build independence, accountability, and lifelong success.
  • Provide financial scholarships to support college education.
  • Honor their achievements with a celebratory banquet attended by family, friends, and community leaders.

The Diamond Beautillion is more than a program-it's a transformational
experience that helps young men realize their full potential and take the next
steps toward a bright future.

Leadership development

The Diamond Beautillion Program requires that each
participant attend monthly Saturday workshops where they
engage in discussions and activities around topics such as:

  • College Readiness and College Applications
  • Time Management
  • Finance and Economic Empowerment
  • Law and Politics
  • Personal Brand
  • Community Service
  • Interviewing Skills
  • Public Speaking
